No cancellations or refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including change of plans, no-shows, or early departures.
We strongly recommend guests arrange travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
Visitors are welcome during the day; however, total numbers on-site must remain within the agreed booking unless prior approval has been given. All guests on-site after 10:00 PM are considered overnight guests and must be included in the booking.

Events, parties, or large gatherings (including high visitor numbers) require prior approval and may incur additional fees.

Unapproved additional guests or gatherings are not permitted.

Rubbish must be removed on departure. Any bags left on-site will incur a $7 per bag fee.
